To learn how to recall an email in Outlook, follow the instructions.
Open the Sent Items folder in Outlook (Windows) on your computer.

Only when the recipient has not opened the email will the client-based recall work.
The web version of Outlook lacks recall.
Recall is not supported by Outlook on Macs or mobile devices.
