The LearningToday Community of PLC leaders suggests that in their community, they state clear objectives, rotation of facilitation and structured, but adaptive agendas. Attention to student evidence and instructional effect. Collaborate on shared folders or on-line boards. Create trust during conversation and constructive feedback. Make meetings practice-based- do not concentrate on compliance only.
